Cancellation and Refund

Returns for Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item by email to info@mingled.in or whatsapp at +91 85471 69971.
- You must return the product to us via courier within 7 days of receiving it.
- Return shipping costs for damaged products will be reimbursed upon request (with proof of cost).
Refunds or Replacements
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- We will issue a full refund or send a replacement , based on your preference.
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing them, provided they haven’t been shipped.
- Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
