At Mingled, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’re here to help.


Returns for Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  1. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged item by email to info@mingled.in or whatsapp at +91 85471 69971.
  2. You must return the product to us via courier within 7 days of receiving it.
  3. Return shipping costs for damaged products will be reimbursed upon request (with proof of cost).
